Having you as a satisfied customer is our biggest goal. During the first 30 days after receive your jewelry item; if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange for the same item. There is a $10 charge to help us cover shipping and creation costs if you decide to return your item for a refund. If you decide to exchange your item for another, you will just be required to pay shipping charges. If something else happens to your item such as having a stone fall out (things like this do happen!) during the first 30 days, we will happily return your item to new with no charge to you. There is also a 90 day warranty on each of its products to be free of manufacturing defect and poor workmanship. 90 days from the date of your purchase, if your purchased item should display any such defect, we will replace it with an identical or comparable item. Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer and we will do our best to make this happen.
Returing Your Item
Before deciding to ship anything back to us, please call 1-800-348-4499 or email/fill out the contact form with your order information. You can ship your item back to us using any carrier you choose. Please make sure you ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been received by us. It is very important that you fully insure your return shipment as we are not responsible for lost items.
